Woman meets her daughter for the first time after waking from a seven-year coma

In what has been described by most as nothing short of a miracle, a woman shocked doctors when she woke from a seven-year coma. 25-year-old Danijela Kovacevic, from Vojvodina, Serbia, had fallen ill after suffering  a traumatic labour in 2009. She contracted sepsis while giving birth to her daughter Marija and was left in a vegetative state, but surprisingly,  seven years later  she woke up, surprising Serbian doctors who have never seen anyone survive after being unconscious for that long. Her health is improving and she has met her daughter who is seven-years-old now. The woman's father grateful for his daughter's new life spoke about how well she is improving. He revealed that she is now able to hold a tablet and pen. "These are minor recoveries, but Danijela is much better that before. She has put on weight, she is more aware and more alive. New law in Paris says workers are allowed to speak only French on public construction sites

In an attempt to keep French people in employment and squeeze out foreign workers, the Paris region has passed a new rule obliging labourers on public building sites to use French. The region is not the first to take similar measures to protect French people with an influx of cheap foreign labor threatening indigenous jobs. Vice president of the region Jerome Chartier said:  'This clause is necessary and targets foreign companies who come with their teams, without any of them speaking French. 'These companies need to improve.' The French government has long criticised EU rules that allow companies to bring in much cheaper foreign workers temporarily, often from eastern Europe, who undercut locals. Opponents of the law say that it will disadvantage newly arrived foreigners living in France who are able to integrate via the workplace and learn French. Missing person found!

Missing person, Maranatha Innocent, who went missing on March 8th has returned home. Read here  .According to her cousin, Maranatha Igbe, she returned home yesterday evening really battered and unable to speak. She managed to say she was kidnapped from the bank but no further detail has been furnished yet. Maranatha says they will get more details from her when she is able to speak. She added "But we are really grateful for all the support, love and prayers we got from you and the general public. God bless you ma'am". Thank God!
