The duo were alleged to have taken to the social media to celebrate the victory of the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate in the Osun West Senatorial District by-election, Chief Ademola Adeleke, and hurled abuses at the governor at the same time. Our correspondent gathered that Mr. Kunle Makanjuola and Mr. Gbadebo Adepoju were slammed with indefinite suspension on Monday by the management of the corporation, after officials of the corporation were shown the chats where the workers allegedly insulted the governor. The cause of death has not been revealed by the family. Justice David Oladimeji of the Federal High Court in Ede, Osun State has ordered the former Vice Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Anthony Elujoba, be remanded in Ilesha Prisons after his bail application was dismissed Tuesday morning. Oladimeji is currently standing trial on a seven count charge for allegedly defrauding the institution of N1.4 billion while he was in office. He was arrested by EFCC operatives following a petition that he committed fraud while in office.   On July 7th, he was arraigned in court by EFCC and was later sent back to EFCC detention pending the hearing of his bail application which was yesterday. No fewer than 11 persons have been killed in multiple suicide explosions that rocked Maiduguri, the Borno state capital late last night. Two suicide bombers detonated the bombs strapped on them at Molai Kalamari area in Maiduguri at exactly 10pm killing eight persons including themselves.   Another suicide bomber struck at Sabongari Polo area of the state capital, killing three persons. “I cannot specifically tell you whether the suicide bombers were male or female. But we have deployed emergency response team to the scene,” a police source said.
