The EFCC is currently investigating this mansion said to be owned by the personal assistant to George Turnah, a former Special Adviser to former managing director of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Dan Abia. George is currently being investigated for fraud by the antigraft agency. The mansion is believed to be owned by George's PA, Chidiebere Silas and it is located in Abaja Nwangele LGA of Imo state. In a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Adelani Baderinwa, Osun State has declared Monday, June 12 as public holiday to commemorate the June 12, 1993 presidential election. The statement partly reads, '“the public holiday is to commemorate the June 12, 1993 presidential election believed to have been won by the late business mogul, late Bashorun MKO Abiola, but was annulled by the General Ibrahim Babangida junta'. Seven British-Nigerian candidates have been elected into the United Kingdom parliament in the just concluded General Elections. Helen Grant, who has a father won Maidstone and the Weald for the Conservative party taking 56.4% of the vote. Kate Osamor, both of whose parents are Nigerian won Edmonton  for the Labour party with 71.5% of the vote. Bim Afolami won Hitchin & Harpenden Fiona Onasanya Chi won Peterborough Chi Onwurah , who has a Nigerian father won Newcastle Central  for the Labour party taking 64.9% of the vote. A newborn baby was found wrapped in a blanket and placed inside a Jonas Brothers backpack, then left in a shopping trolley outside a grocery store in the car park in Tempe, Arizona. The baby was wearing a purple flowered onesie with a stuffed animal laying beside her. Fortunately, a passerby found the baby and called 911. In a recording of the call released by police the good Samaritan said: "Hi, I just found a newborn baby. And she's beautiful." "Oh my goodness, the baby was just barely born right now ... the umbilical cord was cut but it's still attached." The caller was then asked to flick the baby's feet to make sure she was still breathing. He responded that the baby was still breathing. Ambulance arrived an took the baby to the hospital and officials said she is doing well. There is saying that says "Precious things are often found in the most unlikeliest places". This is the case of  Mr Perewari Pere who made a perfect score of 4.0/4.0 CGPA at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, United States in the 2017 academic session. The 25-year-old was one of the 21 indigenes of Bayelsa State that benefited from the state government scholarship to study abroad. Perewari Pere explained how he suffered from inferiority complex which drastically affected his education. According to him, after already repeating a class once, he was placed in a probation class which consisted of the worst academic students who were on mercy seats. Any slip would mean leaving the school. He stated he was suffering emotionally and it was breaking him. Thank God, his story is a different one today. In reaction to the recent deaths within the movie industry,  popular Nollywood actor, film-maker and film producer, Muyiwa Ademola has revealed the cause of death among actors of the industry. Read what he said after cut: According to him, most of the deaths occur as a result of accumulated stress which could be avoided if one takes care of the body, if attention had been paid to health.  He further stated that actors spend nights at movie locations but don’t go for medical check-up.
