A new report by the U.N. refugee agency (UNHCR) says a record of 65.6 million people who are either refugees, asylum seekers were displaced worldwide at the end of 2016. According to the UNHCR's annual Global Trends survey which was revealed today,  the new figures surpasses the 2015 report by 300,000, consisting of 40.3 million internally displaced people, 22.5 million refugees and 2.8 million asylum seekers worldwide. 'By any measure this is an unacceptable number,' said Filipo Grandi, the U.N. high commissioner for refugees. He called the figures a failure of diplomacy, reports BBC News. "The world seems to have become unable to make peace," he said, adding that conflicts old and new are both resulting in forced displacement of people, "a symbol for wars that never end." The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission today June 19, arraigned one Sulaiman Musa, before Justice Ohimai Ovbiagele of the State High court sitting in Benin, Edo State. Sulaiman Musa was arraigned on a 4 count charge bordering on intent to defraud, Stealing, conspiracy to commit felony, contrary to section 467 of the criminal code csp C21 ,Vol.1 laws of Edo State of Nigeria, 2006. Sulaiman Musa, a former staff of Dangote Cement Pls was said to have sometimes in January 2017 in Benin ,Edo State conspired with one Mustapha(still at large) and one Muhammed( still at large) to steal 900 bags of cement , Tyres and Rims valued at over N4 million. US President, Donald Trump is mourning the death of Otto Warmbier, who was held in North Korea for 15 months. 22 year old Otto Warmbier died barely one week after the US and his family secured the release of Warmbier ,who had been in a coma for about a year, from North Korea. Mourning him, Donald Trump and his wife offered their deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of Otto Warmbier saying: "There's nothing more tragic than to loose a child in the prime of life'. Otto was a student at the University of Virginia when he traveled in a group to Pyongyang. On the day he was supposed to leave the country to return home to the US on January 2, he was arrested and detained at the airport.
