Ebonyi State Governor Dave Umahi last night described the recovery of President Muhammadu Buhari as “a miracle” given reports on his health in the social media. He said the social media portrayed the President’s health as “bad”. According to The Nation, Umahi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), spoke  to NTA news after the visit of seven governors to the President in London. Umahi said “Buhari walked without support to receive us and he took time to exchange pleasantries with each one of us. We also had a group photograph.” “His voice was the usual intonation and he has no speech inhibition in whatsoever manner. Yoruba actor,   Olurotimi Isaiah Ayinde   popularly known as   Abu Olododo   has died after a brief illness. The actor gave up the ghost hours ago in his hometown in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He reportedly died after a brief illness in the early hours of the morning. Ayinde’s death comes barely 48-hours after veteran actor and poet Adebayo Faleti died in Ibadan over the weekend. May his soul rest in perfect peace. A friend and colleague of Ayinde, Waheed Ijaduade, brought his departure to the attention of the public in a statement posted on Facebook on Monday. Dr. Olu wrote this inspiring story on his wall; 20 years ago, the only thing I had was a dream. Though I had beautiful dreams, the physical resources to meet my heart desires were beyond my reach. I was homeless, worked as a motor boy or bus conductor (Nigerians will understand this)…. Despite all these challenges, I dedicated at least 2 hours each day to develop myself. I was told several times to quit trying. I was told to stop dreaming…. To keep the story short, in 2006 I had my first degree and I graduated top in my class. A twitter user whose husband just became a U.S citizen shared the mistake U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)  made on the welcome letter given to new US citizens.  In the welcome letter, the new citizens were congratulated by former US President Barack Obama's signature instead of current US president, Donald Trump's. She tweeted. According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, roughly 200 of these letters have been sent out due to an administration error. A total of 300,000 applications for citizenship have been approved since Trump's inauguration.   Consequently, USCIS press secretary Gillian Christensen has called the mistake an administrative oversight. Polytechnic graduates can now heave a sigh of relief, as the Nigerian government in a statement released on Thursday, announced that it has approved the regularization of “the dichotomy between holders of university degrees and HND (higher national diploma)” in the civil defence, fire, immigration, and prison services. The approval came after Nigeria’s minister of interior Abdulrahman Dambazau, held a meeting with civil defence, fire, immigration and prisons board (CDFIPB). Here’s an excerpt from the statement; “The civil defence, fire, immigration and prisons board (CDFIPB), at the end of its meeting held on Tuesday, 11th July 2017, under the chairmanship of the honourable minister of interior, Lt.-Gen.
