As reported earlier, players for English premiership side, Manchester United were to wear black armbands during their match with Swansea City today. This was to mourn the football fans who died in Calabar last week when they got electrocuted while watching a match between Manchester United and Anderlecht at a viewing center. One of those that would miss late actress Moji Olaiya would be her friend, Lola Alao. They were both converted to Islam. Lola Alao and other actresses Mide Funmi Martins and Bimbo Oshin At the burial of Moji’s remains in Lagos on Wednesday June 7 in Ikoyi Cemetery, it almost proved difficult pacifying Lola Alao. She wept uncontrollably. Ireti Osayemi Same was the situation with Bimbo Oshin, who wept throughout the burial ceremony and was consoled by Mide Funmi-Martins and grace Amah.
