Lola Omotayo, wife of Psquare’s Peter Okoye took to her Instagram page to share a throwback photo with a reflection of her growth process.
The mother of two stated that the photo was shot during her university days.
The director of an oil and gas firm talked on the beauty trends in vogue as she dished out some insight into the human experience.
She wrote in the caption,
“#tbt many many years ago when skinny wasn’t considered sexy and I was called a toothpick…when full eyebrows were in as it is now but we have to pencil them in cause they stopped growing due to all the shaping and reshaping as we followed the trend. Growth and maturity sometimes kills our genetic inner beauty; that which makes us unique. Our life experience sometimes kills our innocence, but notwithstanding, we must continue to soldier on. We are all unique with or without our flaws. God created just one of me and one of you. Scarcity: Calabar Residents now bath with satchet water (Details)

File photo It has been revealed that residents of Calabar, the capital of Cross River State have resorted to the use sachet water to take their bath following the acute water scarcity that has hit the metropolis. According to Punch Metro, residents in the Calabar-South and Calabar Municipality axis of the metropolis expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of water in the last two months. They lamented that the situation had forced them to resort to the use of sachet water. There are insinuations that the water situation was worsened by the kidnap of the state Commissioner for Water Resources, Mr. Gabriel Odu-Oji, who was released after the payment of N10.4m ransom to the kidnappers who held him for 31 days.
