Billionaire Kidnapper, Chukwudemeje George Onwuamadike aka Evans, has revealed that he installed close circuit camera (CCTV) in all his houses, to prevent his arrest. Evans who is currently being detained by operatives of the Inspector General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team (IRT) in Lagos, said he had people on ground monitoring the CCTV. The monitors gave him daily reports on the identities of those who came suspiciously close to his house. Billionaire kidnapper Evans personally carried out profiling of the CCTV footage, to ensure he was not being trailed by security operatives. “I lived a simple life although I had money. Ghana's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration is investigating the circumstances surrounding the Ghanaian passports issued to Nigerian kidnap kingpin, Chikwudubem Onwuamadike aka  Evans' and his family. Ghana's Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister, Charles Owiredu told Joy News  Thursday  that any persons found to have played a role in the issuance, would be duly dealt with according to the law. According to him, preliminary investigations into the matter have revealed, two children of the kidnapper received their Ghanaian passports in 2010 while the wife had hers in 2013.     He also confirmed that the arrested kidnapper was issued a passport from the Accra Passports Office on 10 January 2013 under the fake name 'Asare Nelson'. The Nigeria Customs Service Federal Operations Unit Zone C Owerri have destroyed 4118 cartons of frozen poultry with duty paid value of N83,389,500 yesterday at the Abia/Command in Owerri. Comptroller Amajam Bukar, the Controller Federal Operations Unit Zone C Owerri said the seizure of the poultry products which was transported in a 1X40ft container, was achieved through a tip off from an informant to operatives of the Nigeria Customs Service Federal Operations Unit Zone C Owerri. The Unit with the aid of partner security agencies including the National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Nigeria Police Force, was able to secure the container and its contents and destroy it in line with government directives. According to a new report released by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Nigeria is projected to be the world’s third most populous country by the year 2050. The report, titled ‘World Population Prospects: The 2017 Revision’, said with such development, Nigeria would overtake the United States in terms of population just as world population would reach 9.8 billion people.
